If you are looking at expanding your ad-reach, and your target audience is mainly in the US then maybe Pay-per-view is a good option for you. Below is a table of the major networs in PPV. If you are unfamilar with what PPV is or how it works, then just check out some of the sites. Many of them carry a full description of what PPV or CPV is and provide good examples.

PPV: Pay per view, is also termed intrusion marketing. This is because it intrudes on the person who is browising the internet. A PPV network entices people with free software, prizes, etc to download their software. Once installed the software kicks up your ad whenever the person types in a keyword of your choosing. It's pretty hard-core, but works for certain type of offers.
