I'd hate to state the obvious, but: To really ensure you pull in Buyers (and not tire-kickers) you will have to invest some time and money into proper Keyword research. So, here's how to do exactly that:
Some words will bring in interested buyers, most will just bring web-tourists, tire-kickers and time vampires.

Matt Cutts announced at SMX West 2011, that:
“Directly paid links on press releases, we wouldn’t want to count those”. “We probably won’t count anchor text links in press releases”.
To me the qualifying statements "probably" & "wouldn’t want to", mean that they are currently part of the Google algo, but not for long.
As always, quality content that genuinely intereste readers is the answer to long-term SEO.
